Morocco Faces Scorching Heat as Ramadan Begins, Temperatures Near 40°C

Summer temperatures are back in Morocco, especially in the south of the country, on this first day of Ramadan, with temperatures flirting with 40 degrees.
Thus, this afternoon it is expected to be 21 to 27 degrees on the Atlas mountains and the coasts, 27 to 33 degrees on the Oriental, the Rif, the Mediterranean, the Saiss, the phosphate and Oulmès plateaus, the Loukkos, the Gharb and the northern and central plains and 32 to 38 degrees on the plains of Tadla, Rhamna, the interior of the Souss, the southeast and the southern provinces.
In the coming days, the south of the country should also experience similar weather. To withstand Ramadan, it will therefore be necessary to restrict activities and promote contact with the air on the skin in order to hope to maintain a constant body temperature.
