Morocco to Face Colombia in March Friendly as World Cup Stars Prepare for AFCON
Morocco could play a friendly match against the Colombian team in March, in preparation for the upcoming events. Brahim Diaz, the new Atlas Lion, should make his first national team selection.
After its resounding feat at the World Cup in Qatar, the Moroccan national team already has its sights set on the next competitions. Before embarking on the adventure of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Côte d’Ivoire, Morocco is considering two friendly matches during the international break scheduled for March.
According to journalist Lino Bacco, a first friendly match will pit the Moroccan selection against its Colombian counterpart, during the month, and another with a selection of the same kind.
On this occasion, the AC Milan player, Brahim Diaz, who would have finally chosen to defend the colors of Morocco, should join the den of the Atlas Lions.
