Morocco Eyes Turkish Ejder Yalçın Armored Vehicles to Bolster Military Capabilities

Morocco plans to acquire the Ejder Yalçın armored vehicle from the Turkish manufacturer Nurol Makina. This will further strengthen its armament.
The sale of Ejder Yalçın to the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) is the subject of discussions between the Turkish manufacturer of armored vehicles in the defense industry, Nurol Makina and Morocco, reports Daily Sabah. The Turkish vehicle is appreciated for its adaptability, and is used in Turkey, as well as in other countries in the Middle East, the Gulf, Asia, Africa and Europe.
Ejder Yalçın has been developed to meet the operational needs of military units and security forces in all regions and terrain conditions, including residential and rural areas. The vehicle has more than 10 different configurations developed for use in combat and support missions: explosive ordnance disposal vehicle, air defense, command-control, combat, chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) reconnaissance, personnel transport, mine detection, armored ambulance and border surveillance and security vehicle.
