Morocco Extradites Saudi Fugitive Wanted by Interpol for Alleged Theft

The Moroccan justice system has ordered the extradition of a Saudi wanted by Interpol to his country. This extradition has already been carried out.
The International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) had issued a warrant for the arrest of the Saudi for his alleged involvement in a theft case, a judicial source said. Thus, at the request of the Saudi authorities, the competent Moroccan judicial authorities issued a decision ordering the extradition of the Saudi national (O.T. A.M).
The extradition operation was carried out within the framework of the provisions of the Arab Convention for Judicial Cooperation signed on April 6, 1983, the same source indicates.
Prior to this extradition, the Moroccan justice system had given the green light for the extradition of the Saudi opponent, Usama Al-Hasani, arrested in Morocco for his alleged participation in the organization of a public opposition activity against the Wahhabi power.
