Morocco Extends Flight Restrictions: Regular Air Travel Suspended Until October 10

The Moroccan government has extended the state of health emergency until October 10, 2020. As a result, regular flights to and from Morocco operated by Royal Air Maroc and Air Arabia will not resume before the set date.
Special and freight flights are not affected. The measure applies to all airlines in Morocco that had already scheduled regular flights and sold tickets based on the end of the health emergency period, i.e. Thursday, September 10, 2020.
Those who had planned to travel from September 10 will have to wait until October 10, as their airlines have notified them.
Thus, the contract that has linked [Royal Air Maroc, Air Arabia (low cost) and Air France since early August for the transport of Moroccan and French nationals departing or arriving in France and the Kingdom is extended until October 10.
It is in this context that the national airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) reassures its customers of the maintenance of its exceptional or special flights (repatriation, health and others) under the same conditions.
Tickets for regular flights and those called exceptional or special are interchangeable, without any financial impact, informs the national company which recognizes a debt of the company towards any customer not interested in the exceptional flights, to be used at the time of his choice and this over 18 months specifies Royal Air Maroc (RAM).
However, the exit of Moroccans abroad is subject to new procedures.
