Morocco Expropriates Royal Family Land for Irrigation Project

The government of Saâdeddine El Othmani has decided to expropriate members of the royal family. A decision has been made in this direction.
Prime Minister Saâdeddine El Othmani and Minister of Agriculture Aziz Akhannouch have signed a decree expropriating several members of the extended royal family for the expansion of the irrigated perimeter in the commune of Sidi Abdellah Ghiat, El Haouz region, reports Maghreb Intelligence. However, the expropriation concerns small areas.
