Morocco Dominates Choiseul’s Top 100 Young African Business Leaders Ranking

For the 9th consecutive year, Choiseul has established the Top 100 of the best young business leaders in Africa. And as one might expect, Morocco alone has 12 business leaders in this ranking.
This is a list that highlights the 100 best business leaders under 40 who have an impressive track record in the economic market. According to Dr. Lorot, "the Choiseul 100 Africa aims to highlight the young men and women who succeed and have the ambition to raise Africa to its highest level of economic, societal and cultural development." They come from various sectors such as banking, energy, agri-food, and infrastructure, and are true assets for "the growth of the African economy and are drivers of innovation at the national or even pan-African level."
The 12 young leaders representing the kingdom are:
• Mehdi Alj (8th) - Sanam Agro,
• Saad Sefrioui (15th) - Fadesa Maroc,
• Youssef Ahizoun (21st) - Arma Group,
• Loubna Tricha (26th) - Office of Vocational Training and Employment Promotion (OFPPT),
• Badreiddine Mansouri (34th) - Stellantis,
• Ali Seddiki (37th) - Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development (AMDIE),
• Hicham Bensaid Alaoui (42nd) - Allianz Trade Morocco,
• Mehdi Bennouna (61st) - Mutandis Group,
• Amine Belhaj Soulami, (79th) - Ministry of Industry and Trade,
• Hamza El Kabbaj (82nd) - Nareva,
• Mohamed Intidam (89th) - Koutoubia Holding,
• Najwa El Iraki (96th) - AfricaDev Consulting Ltd.
The top three places in the ranking are occupied by Libyan Shaban Whiba, general manager of Whiba Holding, Mauritanian Leila Bouamatou, CEO and member of the board of directors of the Générale de Banque de Mauritanie, and Anta Babacar Ngom Diack, CEO of Sedima Group in Senegal. Created since 2014, the Choiseul 100 Africa has become a serious barometer with more than "500 active members spread across 48 of the 54 countries on the African continent."
