Morocco Resumes Distance Learning, Exam Dates Uncertain Amid Pandemic

After the end of the holidays, Morocco resumed distance learning on Monday, May 4th. In a press release, the Ministry of National Education specified that the lessons will still be broadcast via the television channels "Athaqafia TV", "Tamazight TV", "Laâyoune TV" and "Arryadia TV", as well as via the "TelmidTICE" portal and all the other channels used by the teachers.
This new stage, according to the publication of the ministry on its Facebook page, "will be marked by the completion of school programs and the scheduling of a large number of revision and support sessions in preparation for the exams". The scheduling of the exams will be done according to "the evolution of the epidemiological situation in Morocco and the conditions for the lifting of the health confinement".
This is why the ministry has invited "all students, trainees, educational staff and parents, to be more mobilized and to engage in this process for the best interest of our children and our homeland".
