Morocco Displays World Cup Match Balls, Celebrating Historic Semi-Final Run

The authentic balls used by the Atlas Lions in the semi-final match against France and the third-place match against Croatia at the 2022 World Cup are on display in 4 cities in Morocco. The goal is to allow Moroccan supporters to celebrate, once again, the historic participation of the national team in this competition.
The initiative comes from the Coca Cola brand, sponsor of the Moroccan national football team. The American soda giant has indeed organized a series of activities to celebrate the journey of the Atlas Lions, who managed to reach the 4th place of the best teams in the world in Qatar. Photo sessions and animations are open to supporters who will be able to pose next to the official ball.
Thus, the brand opened a first stand in Casablanca from December 29 to 30, 2022. The same activities are scheduled for the supporters of Marrakech, from December 31, 2022 to January 1, 2023. The "famous balls" will continue their journey in Agadir, from January 3 to 4, 2023, then in Tangier from January 6 to 7, 2023.
In a press release, the director of the Coca-Cola brand in Morocco indicated that "this exhibition is a way to bring a little of the history written in Qatar, to Morocco, and to share it with the greatest number. It is also a way to thank and congratulate our national team who has made history."
