Morocco Debunks Fake Document Banning Palestine Mentions in Mosques

The fake document banning preachers from mentioning Palestine in mosques comes from a non-Moroccan source, the Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs has clarified.
This document is false due to its non-compliance with the recognized rules of correspondence in Morocco and the style of writing (linguistic and semantic), denounced the ministry in a statement, specifying that the information had been relayed by a Moroccan website which had attributed it to "mosque controllers" in the Tangier region.
"Given that this information is unfounded, the aforementioned site has behaved as if it is predicting what should happen. Such an act being without scope, the ministry has then decided not to react," added the Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs, warning the religious officials against "the existence of these hands trying to undermine a nation recognized for its attachment to the right, to the Palestinian cause and to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, both in the past and in the present."
For the ministry, this act can be described as "bankruptcy in politics" and "a crime against religion." The department had denied the authenticity of this document on Monday and regretted that Internet users had widely relayed this fake news banning preachers from mentioning Palestine in mosques.
