Morocco Coronavirus: 25,000 French Tourists Repatriated as Borders Close

Deputy M’jid El Guerrab announced the repatriation of 25,000 French tourists stranded in Morocco due to the closure of borders due to the spread of the coronavirus.
The Franco-Moroccan deputy specified that the French tourists managed to return to France through 144 air services. Ten planes were mobilized to repatriate the tourists with the support of the French authorities.
A group of 70 other tourists staying in Dakhla remains to be repatriated, said the deputy of La République en Marche, elected from the 9th constituency of French citizens living abroad dedicated to the Maghreb and West Africa.
The deputy did not fail to salute the various efforts of the kingdom in the fight against the coronavirus that is wreaking havoc in the world.
