Morocco Coach Halilhodzic Sets Sights on World Cup 2022 Qualification

In an open interview with a Bosnian media, the coach of the Atlas Lions shares his experience with the Moroccan team and his ambitions for it. On his list of objectives with the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), Vahid Halilhodzic notably includes achieving a good performance in the next Africa Cup of Nations and positioning Morocco in the prestigious circle of countries to participate in the next World Cup in 2022 in Qatar.
These are "ambitious" goals, reports the daily Al Akhbar, relaying the statements made by the coach in a Bosnian media, recalling that his protégés have two challenges to meet next September, respectively, against Sudan and Guinea as part of the World Cup qualifiers.
And to emphasize that these matches are a real test for the team of the Bosnian coach of the Atlas Lions who is keen to avoid any unpleasant surprises. As proof, he is in deep reflection to disclose the list he intends to line up for the next two meetings. This composition is expected no later than August 26.
