The organization considers this procedure problematic from a legal standpoint, as it violates current legal provisions. The Federation’s president, Bouazza Kherrati, detailed his action plan on social media. An official communication will soon be released to alert the Ministry of Transport and Logistics. The objective is to extend discussions to other strategic departments, directly involving the Ministry of Interior as well as the Ministry of Tourism in this matter.
