Morocco Bolsters Military with First Shipment of Turkish Bayraktar Drones

Morocco has received its first delivery of Turkish military drones of the B2b Bayraktar type. A delivery that will allow it to strengthen its armament.
Air deliveries ensured the transport of this cargo, reports the Far Maroc Forum. The Royal Armed Forces (FAR) had ordered 13 Bayraktar TB-2 drones from the Turkish company Baykar, a company led by Selçuk Bayraktar, the husband of Sümeyye, the youngest daughter of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. In total, four ground control stations had also been ordered to direct operations.
The Bayraktar TB-2s are MALE (medium altitude long endurance) drones with an autonomy of more than 24 hours. "The TB-2s, armed drones produced by Baykar, thus allowed the Azerbaijani forces, advised and equipped by the Turkish ally, to paralyze part of the Armenian air defense, artillery and armored vehicles," reported Le Figaro.
