Morocco Begins Ramadan, Eid Al-Fitr Date Anticipated

Ramadan began on Sunday, April 3, 2022 in Morocco. On what date will Eid Al-Fitr be celebrated in the kingdom?
Moroccans began the month of Ramadan yesterday, Sunday. The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs has not, for the time being, made a decision on a possible opening of mosques to worshippers for Tarawih prayers during the holy month. It has banned the installation of tents dedicated to these prayers.
Moroccans must fast for 15 hours and 30 minutes during the first weeks of the holy month. The longest fasting days, over 18 hours, will be recorded in Iceland (19h59m); Greenland (19h57m), Finland (19h09m) and Sweden (18h58m).
According to the predictions of the astronomer Hicham El Aissaoui, Eid Al Fitr will be celebrated in Morocco on May 2, 2022.
