Questioned about drug trafficking near schools by the "Haraki" group in the first Chamber, the minister revealed that in addition to the 2,842 arrests, the police seized 63.5 kg of cannabis resin, 620 hallucinogenic tablets and 26 grams of cocaine.
The minister states that his department is working to prevent the phenomenon from spreading, by further strengthening border and road surveillance, limiting demand and also focusing on awareness-raising. This includes awareness campaigns at the school level.
During the past school year, more than 508,755 students were targeted by these operations in 7,459 educational institutions. These operations were carried out in collaboration with more than 2,000 associations, the minister said in his written response.
