Morocco Appoints New Officials in Education and Expatriate Affairs Ministries

The Council of Government, meeting in its session on Thursday, September 19 in Rabat, approved proposals for appointments to high positions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution.
The Ministry of National Education and the one in charge of Moroccans residing abroad are the sectors affected by this wave of appointments, according to Mustapha El Khalfi, Government Spokesperson.
Two people are joining the Ministry Delegate in charge of Moroccans residing abroad and migration affairs. They are Soussan Fikri and Fouad Boujbir, appointed respectively as Inspector General and Director of Human Resources, Finance and Information Systems at the said Ministry.
According to the press release relayed by Le360, several appointments have also been made to the Ministry of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Thus, Ali Azdimousa becomes Dean of the Multidisciplinary Faculty of Nador at the Mohammed I University of Oujda and, Mohammed Bakkali, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology of Al Hoceima, while Moustapha El Ghachi was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences of Tetouan and, Mohamed Belaya, Director of the National School of Applied Sciences.
All these personalities work at the Abdelmalek Essaâdi University of Tetouan.
