Morocco and UAE Leaders Hold Cordial Phone Call Amid Diplomatic Tensions

King Mohammed VI and the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi recently spoke on the phone. The fraternal relations were at the center of the discussions, Mohamed Ben Zayed stressed on his Twitter account.
On the agenda of the telephone exchanges were the fraternal relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and ways to develop them, according to the Emirati prince’s Twitter account.
In the context of the diplomatic crisis between the two countries, these telephone exchanges are a strong signal for the preservation of relations between Morocco and the UAE, as suggested by the Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nasser Bourita, during his tour of the Gulf countries. At the time, Bourita had not visited the UAE.
