Morocco and Quebec Sign Agreement to Modernize Public Administration

In order to strengthen the human resources capacities of the public administration, Morocco and Quebec have signed an agreement that establishes, according to the Moroccan authorities, the platform for collaboration and exchange in several areas.
The agreement was signed in Rabat by the Minister in charge of Public Administration and Civil Service Reform, Mohamed Ben Abdelkader, and the Director General of ENAP-Quebec, Guy Laforest.
In addition to strengthening the skills of the public administration, this agreement between the two parties takes into account the fields of engineering and program upgrading planning.
This agreement also provides for the implementation of a training strategy for civil servants and the updating of their skills for an efficient and effective administration at the service of the citizen.
