Morocco and Dominican Republic Sign Visa-Free Travel Agreement for Tourists and Business

Several cooperation agreements have been signed between Morocco and the Dominican Republic as part of the visit to the country by Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita. It is a matter of visa exemption for nationals of the two countries.
The two ministers thus signed a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Dominican Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the establishment of a joint working group to strengthen trade, investment and the production chain, reports the MAP.
In addition, the two countries have signed an agreement on the exemption of tourist and business visas, in order to facilitate the travel of nationals of the two countries for tourism and business purposes, it is further reported.
Thus, nationals of the two countries, holders of valid common or ordinary passports, are exempt from a visa to enter, exit, transit and stay on the territory of the other party, for tourism or business purposes, for a period of up to (60) days, renewable for the same period, so that the total duration of the stay does not exceed (120) days for each period of 12 months from the first entry into the territory of the two countries.
