Moroccan Universities Honor 52 Yemeni Doctoral Graduates Amid Pandemic

52 Yemeni students who obtained their doctorate in a dozen Moroccan universities, in several specialties, for the 2019-2020 academic year were honored on Saturday, August 29, 2020. It was during a remote ceremony in front of an audience of academic and diplomatic personalities.
Mr. Driss Ouaouicha, Minister Delegate in charge of Higher Education and Scientific Research, congratulated the young doctors for their efforts, despite the current epidemiological situation, adding that they will be eternal ambassadors of Moroccan universities to their country.
For his part, the ambassador-director general of the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), Mohamed Methqal, stressed that the cultural cooperation between the two countries testifies to the importance that King Mohammed VI attaches to South-South cooperation, particularly in the exchange of experience and expertise between countries.
