Moroccan Teen Crowned ’Top Model of Universe 2022’ in Istanbul Fashion Competition

He is only 17 years old and already a reference in the fashion world. Discovered during the Maroc Fashion Week in Marrakech in June 2022, Ilias Senhaji, the muse of the Moroccan fashion house Calamain, was named "Top model of universe 2022", according to a press release from the organizers.

This edition of the "Top model of universe 2022" was beneficial for Morocco. In addition to the 17-year-old Moroccan top model, designer Wafaa Idrissi paraded her new collection of "magnificent white caftans embroidered with gold thread, enhanced with pearls and Swarovski crystals, entirely handcrafted by the master craftsmen of Morocco".
