Moroccan Students Vanish During UK School Trip, Sparking Concerns

While they were on a school trip to Cambridge, England, four Moroccan students disappeared without a trace. More harragas?
After his school trip to England, a delegation composed of students, teachers and the organizing committee did not return to Agadir complete. Four students were missing. They took advantage of the trip to disappear into thin air, reports the Arabic daily Assabah. The association that organized the school trip to Cambridge and the regional education authority in the Guelmim-Oued Noun region have not, for the time being, communicated on the "escape" of the students.

The teacher and member of the association who accompanied the students on this trip to Cambridge, Ayoub El Idrissi, has remained silent. Only an anonymous provincial director of National Education spoke out about the disappearance of the four students. He said his department had no connection with the organization of such a school trip. He said that this trip was not an educational delegation organized by the supervisory ministry.
