Moroccan Students in Ukraine Plead for Repatriation Amid COVID-19 Lockdown

There are 14,000 students stranded in Ukraine due to the suspension of flights and the lockdown imposed to curb the spread of covid-19. Tired of the living conditions in which they find themselves, they call on the Moroccan authorities to organize their return to the country.
In a video shared on social media, these Moroccan students cry out in distress. They let it be known that they are stuck in Ukraine in difficult conditions. No housing for some, no financial resources for others. While they have to take the KROK exam, they fear being infected with covid-19.
"I don’t want to risk my life for the KROK exam. We want more visibility and information. We want it to be canceled or done online," plead the Moroccan students. Their dearest wish, they will say, is to return to the country. To do this, they are calling on the Moroccan authorities to organize their repatriation.
