Moroccan Star Amine Harit Faces Race Against Time for 2019 Africa Cup of Nations After Injury

Very bad news for the Moroccan national football team, which could have to do without Amine Harit, who was injured yesterday during the German Bundesliga championship.
The problem seems serious as Schalke 04 club mentions on its Twitter account a muscle tear, which could keep him off the field for several weeks and he could therefore miss the 2019 CAN with Morocco.
Even though he has played little since the start of the season with his club, either due to injury or disciplinary issues, the player is a key element in the game system set up by Hervé Renard.
At 21 years old, Harit seems to be pursued by bad luck as he has already had a similar injury last October, which had kept him off the field for several weeks.
The physical setbacks the player is experiencing today do not seem to be slowing down the interest of other clubs like the Spanish club Real Sociedad, which would have contacted the player’s agents for a possible recruitment for next season’s La Liga.
