Moroccan Soccer Player Arrested in Marrakech for Drug Possession

The Judicial Police Prefectural Service of Marrakech successfully apprehended, on Monday, October 14, a Moroccan football player, for possession of psychotropic substances and cannabis resin.
The defender of Kawkab de Marrakech, whose name was not specified, was intercepted in his car during a police patrol in the alleys of the city, and was also found to be in possession of a few bags of cocaine, reports Aljarida24.
The individual was taken to the first police station, before being brought before the Public Prosecutor’s Office, which will have to initiate legal proceedings against him.
It should be recalled that the player had been loaned, during the summer transfer window, by the Union of Témara to the Kawkab de Marrakech, for a period of one year.
