Moroccan Singer Saïda Charaf Vindicated in "Hamza Mon Bébé" Hacking Case

A new conviction has just been handed down by the Marrakech court in the so-called "Hamza mon bébé" case. As for the singer Saïda Charaf, her honor has been restored.
Yet another conviction in the Hamza mon bb case, which has been making headlines for several months. On the dock on Tuesday, February 18, there was a young student, accused of hacking by the justice system. At the end of the trial, he was sentenced to two years in prison and ordered to pay damages to the plaintiffs.
Oussama El Ajmi, a student in Marrakech, will therefore have to pay 120,000 dirhams as a fine to the singer Saïda Charaf, 50,000 dirhams to an NGO for the defense of human rights, the National Center for Human Rights, whose president, Mohamed Madimi, had joined the case as a civil party, and will have to receive 40,000 dirhams in compensation.
In addition to the three plaintiffs, this student found guilty of computer hacking will also have to pay 100,000 dirhams to Mostafa Mahir for the moral damage suffered, and also pay a fine of 10,000 dirhams in favor of the General Treasury of the Kingdom.
The singer Saïda Charaf had filed a complaint following revelations detrimental to her private life. And it is the investigation following this complaint that led to the arrest of Oussama El Ajmi, as well as that of the singer Dounia Batma and her sister Ibtissam. The two sisters are still awaiting the fate that will be reserved for them by justice, as they are under judicial proceedings in the context of this case born on the social networks Instagram and Snapchat in 2016, where the administrators of two anonymous accounts, under the pseudonym Hamza mon bb, had specialized in defamation and blackmail of several celebrities, videos and photos in support.
The "hacker" thus joins in detention "Soukaina Glamour", a YouTuber, Adnane Sakine, the owner of a car rental agency, and a press correspondent, Mohamed Dahir.
