It all started with a video in which we see Mohamed Al Turk in the company of a young woman in his apartment. After the dissemination of this video, Dounia Batma had filed a complaint for infidelity and theft of jewelry.

The court looked into the case and pronounced against the singer’s husband, a prison sentence of three months and the payment of a fine of 3,000 dirhams. As for the young woman, even though she claimed to have received the stolen jewelry as a gift, she was sentenced to the same prison sentence for "theft" and "incitement to debauchery".

The person responsible for the dissemination of the photos and videos taken in the couple’s apartment was sentenced to 3 months in prison with probation and a fine of 2,000 dirhams for "invasion of privacy".
