Moroccan Retirees Found Murdered in Nador Home, Suspect Arrested

A retired couple was found dead at their home in Ben Taïeb, in the Nador region. The alleged murderer, after killing his victims, Moroccans residing abroad, hid their bodies in a well in the house.
The 47-year-old suspect, originally from the commune of Kassita in the province of Driouch, had been released from prison a few months before committing these murders, according to sources close to the case cited by Nadorcity.
According to the investigators of the Royal Gendarmerie, the accused had worked as an electrician for the victims, from whom he stole several valuable items including jewelry, as well as a sum of money. All these goods were found and seized by the investigators. As for the suspect, he confessed during his interrogation, the same sources specify.
A second suspect, a car driver, confirmed having transported the main accused, but denied being involved in this crime. After being heard by the investigators, he was released. The main suspect will be brought before the King’s Attorney General at the Nador Court of Appeal, at the end of the investigation.
