Moroccan Police Arrest Suspect in Fatal Stabbing of Elderly Expatriate

The police services of Bejaad succeeded last Saturday in arresting an individual for his alleged involvement in the murder of a Moroccan residing abroad.
A judicial investigation had been opened a few days earlier following the discovery of the body near the victim’s home. The victim had succumbed to several knife wounds found on his body during the autopsy.
The circumstances of the homicide have not yet been elucidated. However, the investigators managed to identify the 37-year-old suspect thanks to his kinship with the victim, reports Akhbarona.
At the time of his arrest, adds the same source, the individual inflicted knife wounds to his chest. For the time being, the man has been admitted to the city hospital, pending his placement in custody.
