The pedocriminal of Lissafa was sentenced, on March 3, to a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison for rape on minors.
According to Telquel, he was sentenced to 20 years in prison and a fine of 100,000 dirhams for each victim, in addition to his removal from the city of Casablanca for the 20 years following his release from prison. This maximum sentence is provided for by the Penal Code for this type of crime.
This former employee of a glassworks in Bouskoua is accused of several counts, including indecent assault on a minor under 18 by violence, solicitation of minors under 12 by fraud, and indecent assault by violence. According to the president of the Association of Young Nationals for Solidarity, Khadija El Omari, the sentence handed down today is very satisfactory. According to her, it restores "the dignity of these little girls, victims of the pedophile of Lissasfa".
For the president, the pedophile of Lissafa abused about twenty girls, aged 6 to 14. "We were able to convince the families of seven girls to file a complaint. They will be compensated, and we hope that these girls will be able to overcome this trauma and live their lives normally," hoped Khadija El Omari, who has been following the case since the outbreak of the affair.
