Moroccan Mother Pleads for Help as Son Vanishes in Paris After Two Weeks

The mother of a young Moroccan, missing for two weeks under mysterious circumstances in Paris, clings to the hope of seeing her son alive again. A cry for help has been launched on social media.
Mohamed Zridik, a 27-year-old man, holder of a residence permit in Spain, has lived with his father in Alicante since 2001. After spending 1.5 years in Berkane, his hometown, the young man decided to try his luck in Paris, says the mother.
Since October 15, this woman has had no news of her son. The young man no longer answers the phone and his relatives in France and Spain can no longer reach him, she explains.
The mother said she was very intrigued by the contradictory statements of his friends in France. According to them, Mohamed would have left the apartment at night, after spending the day near the German border to buy cars. His friends claim to have reported his disappearance to the police.
The information was later denied by the young man’s relatives in Paris, continues the grieving mother. The French authorities had not received any statement.
