Moroccan Medical Students in Ukraine Face Exam Crisis Amid Conflict

14,000 Moroccan students in Ukraine are facing a real dilemma. They have to choose between taking a virtual exam, whose diploma is not recognized in Morocco, or being expelled in the current health conditions, knowing that the majority are homeless and without financial resources.
Faced with this painful situation, the medical students, who were waiting to take their final exams in order to return to the country, have launched an appeal to the Ukrainian president and the Moroccan government, to intervene with the universities of the country.
According to some students, who feel they are victims of a real injustice, the "krok" exam imposed by the Ukrainian establishments has no value in Morocco and risks reducing their university career to nothing.
"This video is made for the Ukrainian government. The situation is very critical here. I cannot take my exams under such conditions. I want to join my family," the students say in a video addressed to the Ukrainian president, before adding: "I don’t want to risk my life for the Krok exam. We want more visibility and information. We want it to be canceled or done online."
