Moroccan Massage Parlor Owners Jailed for Sexual Exploitation of Minor

The manager of a massage center and her partner were each sentenced to five years in prison for exploiting a minor in a massage parlor. She claims to have been forced to perform various sexual services.
Following a complaint from a young woman, the manager of a massage center and her partner answered the charges against them. They would have hired her for massages, but would have forced her to perform various sexual services, reports the Arabic daily Assabah. When the young woman, still a minor at the time of the facts, refused to give in, she would have been threatened with death. One day, kidnappers took her to a forest and asked her to choose between doing her job as a masseuse, or dying.
The two defendants were tried by the court of first instance in Rabat. They were each sentenced to five years in prison. However, an investigation is still ongoing to shed light on this case.
