Moroccan Man Sentenced to Death for Triple Family Murder in Meknes

The criminal chamber of the Court of Appeal of Meknes sentenced a sexagenarian, a repeat offender, to the death penalty for the murder of his two sisters and his nephew.
The motive for the crime committed in 2020 would be financial due to the sum of money found in the pockets of the accused by the investigators during his arrest. This amount was withdrawn from the account of one of the victims using her bank card. His two sisters, in their seventies and fifties, and his 22-year-old nephew bore traces of violence on their bodies, reports Aujourd’hui Le Maroc.
Invaded by the nauseating odors coming from a residence in a neighborhood of Meknes, the residents alerted the elements of the judicial police who intervened on the spot. Arrested, the accused, a repeat offender, was wearing clothes stained with the blood of his victims.
