Moroccan Man Presumed Dead for 8 Years Found Alive in Shocking Discovery

A 30-year-old man who died in an accident with unclear circumstances was buried 8 years ago in Ksar El Kébir. However, in an unusual event, he reappeared in the Larache region.
Benaïssa’s death dates back to 2011, in the douar of Tyayra, in the rural commune of Rmilate under the province of Sidi Kacem. However, this young man in his thirties reappeared in the commune of Souk Talba, in the province of Larache, in a unfortunately deplorable state.
According to the daily Assabah, it all started with a video that circulated on social media showing the young man living in Souk Talba, but in captivity. Alerted, his family went to this locality located in the commune of Rmilate, in order to free him.
However, contrary to expectations, once on the spot, they were confronted with the refusal of the owner to grant access to the farm where Benaïssa was locked up and savagely exploited by an elected official. The young man owes his salvation to the elements of the Royal Gendarmerie who intervened to free him.
In reality, according to information gathered by the daily from its sources, Benaïssa was working for a notable in the Gharb region, before his "disappearance" in 2011. Having informed his family of his death at the time, the latter had taken care of the funeral and burial expenses, preventing the bereaved family from accessing the body which was in the coffin. All this took place in the presence of a nurse and a nurse from the Municipal Hospital of Souk Larbaâ.
An investigation has already been opened by the competent authorities, under the supervision of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, to determine the identity of the person buried in 2011 under the name of Benaïssa and to shed light on this case which undoubtedly holds many surprises.
