Moroccan Justice Minister Recovering After Bathroom Fall Injury

Fifteen days after his admission to the Cheikh Zayed Ibn Soltane Hospital in Rabat, the Minister of Justice, Mohamed Benabdelkader reassures about his state of health. He had suffered a shoulder dislocation after a fall in his bathroom.
"The minister is slowly recovering from his injury," a close associate of Mohamed Benabdelkader told Le360, stating that he had even participated in the work of the government council, held on Thursday, May 14, by videoconference. The minister was treated for a shoulder dislocation at the Cheikh Zayed Ibn Soltane Hospital in Rabat.
The day after the request addressed to the head of government on the examination of draft law 22.20 on social networks, the minister had fallen in his bathroom and injured his shoulder. This request had received the approval of Saâdeddine El Otmani. The examination of this controversial bill, which provides for severe prison sentences against anyone who would call for a boycott of national products or banking establishments, has been postponed.
The government had adopted this draft law on March 19; which had caused a crisis within the USFP, the political family of Mohamed Benabdelkader.
