Moroccan Government to Review Health Emergency Status and New Investment Charter

The Council of Government will hold a session next Thursday, under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch. Seven draft decrees will be examined during the session.
The Delegate Minister to the Head of Government in charge of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies will present during this Council an overview of the main orientations of the new investment charter, said the Department of the Head of Government in a press release published on Monday.
The Council will then examine seven draft decrees. The first is related to the extension of the duration of the state of health emergency throughout the national territory. Five other projects relate to the application of the law on the basic compulsory health insurance scheme and the law establishing a pension scheme for the categories of professionals, self-employed workers and non-salaried persons engaged in a liberal activity (doctors, nutritionists and psychotherapists, dentists, pharmacists and notaries).
The last draft decree modifies and completes the one implementing the law relating to the basic compulsory health insurance scheme and the law establishing a pension scheme for the categories of professionals, self-employed workers and non-salaried persons engaged in a liberal activity, with regard to tourist guides.
