Moroccan Film Star Mounïm Kbab Found Dead in Casablanca After Disappearance

Missing from the radar for some time, Moroccan actor Mounïm Kbab was found dead in an abandoned place near a railway line in the city of Casablanca. A big loss for Moroccan cinema.
The lifeless body of Mounïm Kbab was found at this location, after several days of searching. The Moroccan actor who played the lead role in the controversial film "Ali Zaoua" had been missing for some time.
The news of Mounïm Kbab’s death has sparked a wave of reactions on social media. Many Moroccan Internet users have expressed their sadness at this loss, hailing the professionalism and talent of the actor.
Nabil Ayouch, the director of "Ali Zaoua" had relaunched the screening of the film in cinemas, 20 years after its first release, and shared the proceeds with the four protagonists of the production in order to support them.
It should be recalled that the film "Ali Zaoua" won 44 national and international awards, including the Grand Prix for Best Film at the Stockholm International Film Festival in 2000 and the Audience Award at the Brussels Mediterranean Film Festival that same year.
