According to the correspondent of the Anadolu website, the 20-year-old young man was the victim of a homicide whose circumstances have not been determined. He was buried as an unidentified person, being unable to locate his relatives.

In a statement to the site, he said that "his brother had made the trip to Europe in the hope of a better life. He had crossed Turkey, Greece, Albania before settling in Bosnia-Herzegovina".
For its President, the Union of Muslims had long tried to find the victim’s family and relatives, before deciding on his burial during a ceremony that took place in the presence of the inhabitants of the city.
