Moroccan singer Samira Saïd, in a recent statement, confided about her private and professional life, revealing that she is not afraid of aging and has thought about retiring.
The star confided that she went through difficult times during her illness in 2011. Samira Saïd explains that she was very ill and feared for her life. "I called my son Shady, and gave him advice on how to adapt to life," she said. At the age of 66, the Moroccan diva claims not to be afraid of aging. "I’ve never been afraid of aging, every wrinkle on my face is a part of my life, of my journey."
The Moroccan artist mentioned her retirement, stressing that despite the weight of age, her passion for music continues to grow: "The idea of retiring has been on my mind for many years, but the passion that is in me is increasing day by day, and I decide to reject this idea. Every day I wake up and decide to stop, but as soon as I find a song I like, I change my mind immediately," detailed the star.
