Moroccan Defender Zouhair Feddal Joins Sporting Lisbon in €2.7 Million Transfer

Zouhair Feddal is now defending the colors of Sporting Lisbon. The Atlas Lion had joined Betis Seville in 2017 for 2.5 million euros.
After some complications in the negotiations, things have been settled and Zouhair Feddal will be able to join Portugal for 2.7 million euros. Sporting’s sporting director, Hugo Viana, is in Seville to finalize the details of the player’s transfer. At the end of this stay, the now former Betis Seville player will go to Lisbon, where he will undergo the usual medical examinations, before formalizing his contract with Sporting for four seasons.
Even if Feddal did not have time to show his potential due to the suspension of the championship, he is a promising player who "attracts attention thanks to his solid defensive performances," writes Hespress. He joined Betis in 2017 for 2.5 million euros, from Deportivo Alavés. His last appearance for Betis Seville was on Sunday, July 5, against Celta Vigo. He saved his team from defeat by scoring the equalizing goal and preventing his team from being relegated, the same source specifies.
