Here are the Moroccan cities that offer the best quality of life

According to a survey conducted by the Sunergia Group, Tangier tops the list of Moroccan cities that offer the best quality of life.
The Sunergia Group conducted a survey of more than a thousand Moroccans to find out which Moroccan cities offer the best quality of life and which offer a sense of security in public places. Cited by 15% of Moroccans compared to 20% in 2019, Tangier ranks first in the top cities that offer the best quality of life. According to 13% of respondents, an increase of 9 points compared to 2019, no city can claim the 2nd place. Cited by 13% of Moroccans compared to only 4% in 2019, Casablanca takes the third place. Marrakech and Rabat complete the top 5, with 11% and 10% of the polls respectively. Only 1% of those surveyed say they prefer to live in Salé and Mohammedia because of their good quality of life. These two cities are at the bottom of the pack.
Regarding security, 82% of Moroccans say they feel safe in public places, an increase of 17 points compared to 2019. The survey reveals that men (84%) feel more secure in public places than women (79%). 87% of 18-24 year olds, 84% of 45-54 year old Moroccans and 83% of 55-64 year olds say they feel more secure. On the other hand, 19% of seniors aged 65 and over and 20% of 25-34 year olds say they feel more insecure. 44% of respondents believe that the first factor contributing to increased insecurity on the street is unemployment. This is followed by drugs according to 34% of respondents, lack of education (29%), thieves (8%), lack of police on the street (6%), and finally poverty (4%).
