Moroccan Cinema Shines at Haifa International Film Festival with Seven Films

Seven Moroccan films will be screened at the Haifa International Film Festival, which is taking place until October 17 in Israel.
The organizers of this 38th edition of the festival have decided to give pride of place to the Moroccan 7th art with seven Moroccan films on the program, including three films directed by Maryam Touzani. These are "The Blue Caftan" and "Aya Goes to the Beach", released this year, and the third in 2019, "Adam".
Among the other films honored are also two films by director Nabil Ayouch, including "The Horses of God" (2013) and the famous film of the year 2000 "Ali Zawa, Prince of the Street", the film by Laïla Marrakchi entitled "Rock the Casbah" (2013) as well as that of Yasmine Benkirane "Queens".
Note that the opening ceremony of the festival will be inaugurated by the film "Don’t Worry Darling" by the American director, actress and producer Olivia Wilde, released in September.
