Moroccan Authorities Confirm Explosive Materials in Dismantled Terror Cell

Following the dismantling on September 10 of a terrorist cell, the Attorney General of the King near the Court of Appeal of Rabat informs, through a press release, that all the seized materials in the form of powders and liquids can be used in the manufacture of explosive charges.
This press release is issued following the investigation (still ongoing) into individuals suspected of involvement in this terrorist cell, arrested in Tangier, Témara, Tiflet and Skhirat.
In its harvest, the scientific police cites several equipment such as pressure cookers, pipes, explosive vests, metal nails and screws that can be detonated remotely by electrical circuits, as well as chemical materials, liquid materials, gas cylinders and electric torches used in the preparation of homemade explosive charges, the same source said.
This press release, while informing the public, is part of the right of access to information, while respecting the presumption of innocence, the statement concludes.
