Hassan Koujani, former director of the Union Zemmouri Khémisset athletics club (1996-2006), calls for urgent measures to be taken to end the series of failures of Moroccan athletes over the past two decades during which the Moroccan Athletics Federation has been led by Abdeslam Ahizoune.
