Accused of assault and battery, Marouane Meftah, the Dutch actor known for his role in the hit series Mocro Maffia, will have to appear before the police judge in September, a spokesperson for the public prosecutor’s office announced.
Meftah was arrested in early February for his alleged involvement in a fight during an amateur football match. In an interview with RTL Boulevard, the 21-year-old actor had assured that the incident was not as serious as it was made out to be.
In September 2024, the actor had also been involved in a violent altercation during a football match, an incident in which a player had suffered a fractured jaw.
