Messi to Visit Morocco for Earthquake Relief After Copa América

Inter Miami striker Lionel Messi will soon visit Morocco. Currently, the Argentine star is participating in the Copa America taking place from June 20 to July 14, 2024 in the United States.
Lionel Messi is returning to Morocco. The Argentine striker is expected there after the end of the Copa América. On the agenda of this visit, participation in a charitable initiative aimed at supporting survivors of the recent seismic disaster that occurred in the Al Haouz region, alongside a Moroccan international.
To recall, he had expressed his condolences to the Moroccan people after the September 8, 2023 earthquake. "My condolences to all the families of the victims of the earthquake in Morocco, and all the strength to the injured and people affected by this terrible disaster," Leo Messi had said in a statement.
The most titled player since the creation of the Ballon d’Or (8 trophies) will also visit the Agafay desert with his family. They will stay in the tourist area of Palmeraie for three days.
