Marseille’s Amine Harit Faces Uncertain Future as Form Dips

The future of Amine Harit at Olympique de Marseille seems to be darkening. A starter at the beginning of the season, the Moroccan attacking midfielder is seeing his status waver. According to L’Équipe, the international is no longer a priority in the plans of Marseille coach Roberto De Zerbi.
The Atlas Lion, who had managed to establish himself as an essential element of the Phocaean midfield, is struggling to regain his level of performance. His latest performances, particularly against Strasbourg, have sparked strong criticism.
OM would therefore be seriously considering parting ways with Harit in the next winter transfer window. The Phocaean club would be open to all offers for its player. This decision comes as the Moroccan international was not selected by Walid Regragui for the last matches of his national team.
While Harit’s statistics this season are not bad (one goal and four assists in six games), it is mainly his consistency and his impact on the game that are being criticized. Competition in his position has intensified and the player seems to be struggling to adapt to the demands of his coach.
