Marrakech Challenges Celebrities in Grueling ’Special Forces’ Reality Show

Some 18 American celebrities, including actor Jussie Smollett, model Chanel Iman, reality TV star Teresa Giudice and her daughter Gia, as well as top athletes like Eric Decker, Jessie James Decker, Andrew East and Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson East, will participate in this new season that will be filmed in Marrakech.

The contestants will undergo extremely difficult trials, inspired by the training of special forces. This, in order to test their endurance, their ability to adapt and their mental strength under pressure. Marrakech was chosen for this filming due to its landscapes, favorable climate, legendary hospitality and modern infrastructure.

The recent opening of an ultra-modern filming studio, in line with international standards, strengthens the position of the ochre city and Morocco as a leading destination in the global media and entertainment industry.

This filming will also generate jobs in the hotel, transportation and other sectors. The first episodes of this new season of "Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test" will be broadcast as early as late September 2025, Fox channel announced.
